Sunbelt® Savannah™ Hybrid Tea Rose: Award-winning. Compact beauty. Proven heat tolerance.
Rosa ‘KORvioros’ | Sunbelt® Collection – Hybrid Tea Rose
What you’ll get: Bare Root (Own Root)
Sunbelt® Savannah™ is a fragrance-forward Hybrid Tea rose bred to thrive where many roses struggle — in heat, humidity, and sun-drenched gardens. Its blooms are very full, double-pink blossoms with 120–150 petals each, opening to about 4 inches across and releasing a rich citrus-rose fragrance that lingers in the air and in arrangements.
Compact and upright at 3–4 feet tall by 3 feet wide, Savannah™ is perfect for cutting gardens, containers, borders, or front-of-bed plantings. Its abundant, glossy dark green foliage frames the pastel blooms beautifully and stays healthy thanks to exceptional disease resistance.
Introduced in 2013 by Kordes®, Savannah™ has already claimed multiple top honors, including Overall Best Rose, Best Hybrid Tea, and Most Fragrant Rose at the prestigious 2015 Biltmore International Rose Trials. A true triple-threat: gorgeous, fragrant, and easy to grow.
TL;DR?
Sunbelt® Savannah™ is a compact, highly fragrant Hybrid Tea rose that thrives in heat and humidity while delivering award-winning performance. With very full pink blooms, strong citrus fragrance, and excellent disease resistance, it’s perfect for cutting, containers, or simply enjoying as a fragrant showpiece in the garden.
