Shipping policy
Shipping Schedule
We ship live plants, bulbs, bare roots, and tubers according to their designated schedule, which is detailed in the product description. Plants will ship only during their assigned period to ensure they arrive in peak condition.
Separate Shipments = Separate Shipping Charges
If you purchase products from multiple periods in the same order, they will ship separately, and each shipment will incur its own shipping charge. We do this to maintain plant quality — holding items to combine shipping can lead to stressed or unhealthy plants, and we want yours arriving ready to thrive.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the item and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Rates
We do not currently offer free shipping due to perishable nature of our products.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally unless otherwise noted.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders are final and may not be cancelled.
Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care in packing and shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right via carrier claim.
