Rouge Royale™ Hybrid Tea Rose: Deep red romance. Intense fragrance. Classic garden rose.
Rosa ‘Meikarouz’ – Hybrid Tea Rose
What you’ll get: #1.5 Bare Root (Budded)
Rouge Royale™ is a Hybrid Tea rose that redefines what a red rose can be. Its deep burgundy buds open into very full, quartered blooms in bright raspberry-red, each packed with 75–80 petals for an old-fashioned, richly layered look.
Fragrance lovers will swoon — this rose exudes a sweet, fruity perfume with notes of citrus and ripe berries, strong enough to notice across the garden and exceptional when brought indoors. No surprise it won the Fragrance Award at the Rose Hills International Rose Trials (2003).
With a bushy, upright habit reaching 4–5 feet, Rouge Royale™ makes a stunning choice for cutting gardens, borders, or containers. Its blooms hold up well in rain and heat, and its excellent disease resistance means less fuss and more flowers.
