Ranunculus Romance® Maritime® Corms
Ranunculus Romance® Maritime® is the kind of flower that makes people do a double take. With its exceptionally large, layered blooms, it's often mistaken for a garden rose at first glance.
The flowers open in soft creamy yellow tones before gradually transitioning to blush pink. As spring temperatures warm, the blooms deepen into richer pink shades, giving you an ever-changing display throughout the season. No two stages are quite the same, making Maritime® especially rewarding in both the garden and the vase.
Known for producing enormous blooms on long, sturdy stems, this Romance® series variety is a favorite among cut flower growers. The strong stems, impressive flower size, and excellent vase life make it a standout choice for bouquets, wedding work, and market sales.

Grow & Care
Grow & Care
When planting ranunculus, place pre-soaked corms 4" deep into the soil. Water thoroughly after planting, and then water as needed to keep the roots from drying out. Until blooms emerge, Ranunculus can tolerate temperatures brief temperature dips down to 23°F (no more than a couple of hours). Lower temps or extended periods will need additional protection. Once blooms emerge, frost protection will be needed. Ranunculus typically will stop producing buds when temperatures average above 70°F and will move towards dormancy as temperatures rise above 80°F.
