Levi’s Opal Twist Dahlia – 2024 Release by Levi Tremblay

Meet Levi’s Opal Twist, a brand-new 2024 dahlia introduction Levi Tremblay. This petite, pearl-toned dahlia features delicately twisted petals with soft scalloped edges, kissed with tiny orange flecks. The opalescent shimmer and subtle twists give it a uniquely mesmerizing shimmer... like a seashell caught in golden-hour... except it's a dahlia.

Compact in habit, Levi’s Opal Twist is perfect for garden borders, containers, and cutting gardens. Don’t let the size fool you... while Levi's Opal Twist doesn't sprawl and spread like some of the mammoths on the market, it still has fantastic florist stems. I wouldn't call it a shorty - let's just say it's polite. Those soft, creamy tones pair beautifully with just about anything, but the texture isn't remotely boring.

Whether you’re arranging dahlias for your kitchen counter or building your dream dahlia bed, Levi’s Opal Twist brings something only nature (and a talented hybridizer) can offer.

Highlights:

  • 2024 dahlia introduction by breeder Levi Tremblay

  • Pearl-toned blooms with twisty, scalloped petals

  • Orange speckles add subtle contrast and charm

  • Shorter plant height – great for containers or front-of-bed planting

  • Perfect cut flower for soft, neutral-toned arrangements

Welcome to the Dahlia Files

The Dahlia Files is our ever-growing library of blooms we’ve grown, loved, retired, and occasionally fired. Think of it as our not-so-secret vault: organized, categorized, and sometimes judged.

This is where we keep notes on every dahlia that’s passed through our fields—whether it’s a current favorite or a one-season wonder. These blooms aren’t for sale here (sad trombone 🎺), but you can see what is coming up or available to shop from the navigation bar, following on Instagram, and subscribing to the newsletter.
