Irish Ruffles is a standout white informal decorative dahlia with softly blushed centers and petals that live up to its name.
Her 6-inch blooms open with the palest yellow centers that fade to creamy white, kissed with the faintest, barely-blush of pink. The delicately ruffled and irregular petals give each flower a dreamy, romantic texture, and this dahlia is perfect for adding movement and lightness to arrangements.
