Lisianthus 'Roseanne Terracotta' (Group 2)

A Fuirk Favorite! There’s nothing ordinary about Roseanne Terracotta. With its warm, brown hue kissed by red undertones, this flower is a total standout—equal parts earthy and unexpected. As part of the Roseanne series, it’s one of the only double-flowered lisianthus lines to feature these designer shades, and high-end floral designers are absolutely obsessed (for good reason).

The lush, ruffled blooms are layered and full, bringing a unique twist to any arrangement. It’s not every day you find a flower this striking, and honestly, Roseanne is so delightfully odd, you can’t help but love her. Bred by Sakata, this series is hands-down my favorite in every color—but Terracotta? She’s something special.

Why you’ll love it:

  • Color: A warm, toasty brown with red undertones—rich, modern, and hard to find.
  • Form: Fully double blooms with abundant ruffles for texture and style.
  • Performance: Beloved by floral designers and a must-have for cutting gardens.

Roseanne Terracotta is the offbeat beauty your garden (and bouquets) have been waiting for. Don’t sleep on this one—it’s a showstopper.

Vase life: 10-15 days

Plugs are excluded from Plant Guarantee. I have ordered from an ultra-premium U.S. grower and will only ship healthy, beautiful plugs. Orders will be packed responsibly to help insulate and protect the the younglings. Fuirk cannot be held responsible for damage from/during/after shipping. We will pack healthy little plants and ship priority early in the week to reduce the possibility of plants sitting with a delivery service over the weekend.

What Are Lisianthus Bloom Groups?

Lisianthus bloom groups determine when your plants will flower, with Group 1 blooming first, followed by Groups 2, 3, and 4.

Bloom initiation in Lisianthus depends on a mix of day length, light intensity, and temperature—a delicate balance. If you're planting after it has already warmed up in your area, stick with Group 2 or 3 varieties. These groups take longer to initiate flowering, allowing plants time to develop a strong root system before blooms appear.

The good news? You can plant all bloom groups at the same time without any issues. Planting 6–8 weeks before your last frost gives Lisianthus a nice, long cool period to establish roots before summer heat kicks in. Since Lisianthus are perennials in their native habitat, this cool stretch mimics winter, and they can even handle light frost after hardening off.
