Echinacea DOUBLE SCOOP^™ Mandarin is a double scoop of gorgeous! The unique double blooms boast a pop of color that lasts all season. The dark green foliage of DOUBLE SCOOP^™ Mandarin has a very sturdy upright habit -hello, cutting gardens! At 18-22 inches tall, she is great for borders or mixed in with other sun loving perennials.

Excellent for cutting DOUBLE SCOOP^™ Mandarin is a butterfly and hummingbird magnet. Spent blooms provide seeds for the winter birds after the season is done. These can handle part shade location but the flowers will be fewer and the stems less sturdy.

Hardy in zones 4-9, DOUBLE SCOOP^™ does best in sunny, well-drained locations.

Vernalized Dormancy

These plants were started in the summer of 2022, and then held in a cold but protected facility over winter to increase root mass. These plants will save you a full year of growth time to help get them into production faster! Since they will just be coming out of dormancy, they will look dead or yellowed. Never fear! These plants are dormant, or just breaking dormancy exactly like your other perennials!
